They run true to size. If you're between sizes, take the larger — with an open toe, a little extra room reads as comfort rather than slop. Every product page has a size chart with US equivalents and foot lengths in cm. Not sure? Stand on a piece of paper, mark heel to longest toe, measure, and match it to the chart.

They're designed indoors-first, but the textured anti-slip outsole handles short trips outside — the bin, the mailbox, the balcony. They're not built for walking distances or wet weather.

Spot clean with cool water and a little mild detergent. Press out excess water rather than wringing, then air dry away from direct heat — radiators and dryers flatten the pile.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. From dispatch, delivery to the US typically takes 10–14 business days. Shipping is free on every US order. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email. Allow a couple of days for tracking to start updating.

Not the right fit? Return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and we'll send return instructions. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, get in touch within 7 days with photos and we'll replace or refund it.
