How does the buy one get one free offer work?
Add two pairs to your cart and the cheaper pair comes off automatically at checkout — no code needed. Mix colours, mix sizes.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. From dispatch, delivery to the US typically takes 10–14 business days. Shipping is free on every US order. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How do I choose my size?
Our slippers run true to size. If you're between sizes, take the larger one — the open toe means a little extra room reads as comfort. Every product page has a size chart with US equivalents and foot lengths in cm.
What's your returns policy?
Not the right fit? Return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, get in touch within 7 days with photos and we'll replace or refund it.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow a couple of days for tracking to start updating.
